An innovative technological platform, able to maximize the active ingredients of natural substances and thus allow a biologically correct interaction with surprising results. EPT technology is a process that guarantee a natural, non-chemical and ecologically sustainable action as it is able to enhance existing substances in nature. It represents significant progress in the food, agricultural, livestock and industrial chemical industries, including the organic product segment and waste disposal. The use of EPT technology can replace the use of many chemical agents and toxic substances, guaranteeing safety and quality, increasing production and respecting the environments.

FEATURES

T-Formula is the result of a long research on the formation mechanisms of carboxylic acids. In addition to being an extremely effective acidifier and antioxidant, it has marked bacteriostatic properties that give food a greater safety, improving its organoleptic characteristics and shelf life. The form of citric acid that we currently find on the market loses 400% of its potential during the production process. T-Formula, thanks to a sophisticated stabilization procedure, maintains the natural properties of citric acid without losing its natural potential. The surprising thing is that it also maintains the ability to improve the organoleptic properties of the products. T-Formula is not harmful to health and at the used concentrations does not leave extraneous residues in food.
